Founded by husband-and-wife duo Jermaine and Sheena, Hudson Peak Development builds at the intersection of bold vision, luxury design, and lasting legacy.

Born and raised in New York, Jermaine spent 20 years in finance—inspired by the world of investing and driven by the hustle of structuring a great deal. His roots along the Hudson River instilled a relentless drive for excellence and a sharp eye for value.

Sheena spent 21 years as a master hairstylist where 15 of those years were spent as the owner of her salon, honing a refined eye for art, color, and high-end aesthetic detail. Hailing from Johnson City, her connection to the peaks of the East Tennessee mountains inspires the elevated, timeless designs crafted into every property.

After meeting in Nashville, they combined their passions—Jermaine’s financial discipline and love for deal-making with Sheena’s instinct for interior concept and design. Together, they see extraordinary potential where others see ordinary ground, transforming undervalued land into architectural landmarks built to stand for generations.
